We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Order Cancellation

• Free Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled free of charge within 4 hours after placement.
• After 4 Hours: Orders may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Initiate a Return
