3. Await Approval & Instructions: We aim to review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization

4. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us.

Return Shipping Costs

• Free Return (Store Fault): If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect), Daviscartagesport will fully cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimbursement instructions once your return is approved.
• Customer Responsibility (Non-Eligible Returns): If the return request does not meet our eligibility conditions, the customer will be notified of the applicable return shipping costs before proceeding. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee if they still wish to return the product.
